These Terms of Use govern your use of the websites at yebo-hire.com and yebo-ai.com (the "Site"), operated by Yebo-AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Yebo", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you use the Yebo Hire or Yebo HR applications, the Platform Terms (for employers) or the Applicant Terms (for job applicants) also apply.

1. The Site

The Site describes Yebo's products and lets you request a demo or contact us. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and may not scrape it, probe it for vulnerabilities, misrepresent who you are, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

2. Content and trademarks

The Site's text, images, films and software are Yebo's or its licensors' and are protected by copyright and trademark law. "Yebo", "Yebo Hire" and "Yebo HR" are Yebo's marks. Customer and partner names and logos belong to their owners and appear only with permission; nothing on the Site implies their endorsement.

3. No advice; no guarantee of results

Figures on the Site (for example hiring rates measured for a customer) describe past results for that customer and are not a promise of results for you. The Site is provided "as is"; to the fullest extent the law allows, Yebo disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

4. Links

The Site may link to third-party sites (for example a customer's own hiring page). Yebo is not responsible for their content or practices.

5. Changes; governing law; contact

We may change these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida.
